Meatballs With An Air Fryer

I tried to cook the meatballs even without oil and they came out tasty and well browned, so the choice is yours whether or not to use a little oil. I have a Cuisinart TOA-60 Convection Toaster Oven Airfryer, Silver. So you can adjust with the times and temperatures if you have a different brand.

I am very satisfied with the purchase. because in addition to obtaining healthier recipes, they are also tasty.

Difficulty: Very easy

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 12 minutes

Portions: 15 meatballs with an air fryer

Ingredients

To prepare meatballs with an air fryer

500 g Beef (minced)

1 egg (large)

2 slices Bread (crumb)

to taste Salt up

to taste Black pepper

to taste Garlic powder

80 g Parmesan or Grana Padano (grated)

15 ml Olive oil (for brushing)

Preparation

Meatballs with an air fryer

To prepare the meatballs with an air fryer, put the minced meat in a bowl with 1 large egg, salt, pepper, grated cheese, the bread crumb previously soaked in water and squeezed garlic powder, or a clove of garlic (chopped or chopped);

Mix all the ingredients well so that they are absorbed by the meat and the mixture is homogeneous and compact. Mix using gloves.

Form the meatballs (I made 15); in a deep dish, put 15 ml of olive oil or seed oil and roll in the meatballs (if you have spray oil, you can spray them).

You can also not pass the meatballs in oil, I prefer to do so, for a homogeneous browning.

Place the meatballs in the perforated basket of the air fryer and cook for 7  minutes at 180 ° C , then turn them if necessary and cook another 5 minutes at 200 ° C

Since each air fryer can vary, keep an eye on them during cooking, setting a shorter time, especially if preparing for the first time.
